Identify - Regulate - Defend - Repair
15 Jan 2008, 12:42 AM
In 1981 it was researchers
discovered that, in order for the human (and animal) body to function correctly,
we all require 8 vital biologically active carbohydrates (glyconutrients) in
our diet. These carbohydrates act as intercellular messengers or put in another
way provide the code that operates the human body (a bit like Windows operates
your computer). If these vital biologically active carbohydrates are missing
from our diets (and the evidence is that for ? the population 7 out of the 8 are
almost completely missing) the body cannot function as intended and over time
disease begins to occur.

Advances in Plant Based Mineral Technology
16 Jan 2008, 2:51 PM
Absorption of nutrients into the body?s bloodstream
and organs is an intricate and concerted process.
Prior to becoming available for absorption, nutrients
must first be properly digested and soluble in the
correct part of the gastrointestinal (GI) system.

Glycobiology: A New Field of Science
17 Jan 2008, 1:06 AM
If you graduated
from college more than ten years ago, you have probably never heard of the
field of glycobiology. Initiated in the
mid to late 1980?s, glycobiology is the study of glycolipids and glycoproteins. Although sugars have been studied for
decades, the field of glycoproteins solidified following Dr Alfred Gottchalk?s
discovery of the importance of siliac acid and has evolved to include an
understanding of the molecular mechanisms of carbohydrate function.
